WHAT

CHANEL's global store experience design for the Holiday 2017 season.

WHY

To create an alluring and engaging in-store experience in hopes of kindling joy in the customer, associate a sense of merriness and friendliness with the brand, and to potentially increase the visitors' time spent in the store.

HOW

By means of a series of installations throughout the store, some of which are interactive. These were designed with SketchUp and, later, with multiple handmade models and prototypes.
